Bahan :

  • 1 amplop dry yeast
  • 1 cup air hangat
  • 1 sdt madu
  • 2 1/2 cup terigu serba guna
  • 2 sdt garam, dipisah
  • 1/2 cup plus 1 sdm olive oil, dipisah
  • 1 bawang bombay besar, iris tipis
  • 1 tomat sedang, iris setebal 1/4-inch
  • 5 slice smoked beef
  • 250 gr mozarela
  • 1/3 cup (packed) keju parmesan bubuk

Cara Membuat :

In a medium bowl, stir together yeast, warm water, and honey. Let rest until yeast blooms and bubbles form on top, about 10 minutes. Stir in flour, 1/4 cup olive oil and 1 teaspoon kosher salt. Turn the dough onto a well-floured surface and knead until dough is smooth, 5 to 10 minutes. Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap, and let rest in a warm place until dough doubles in size, about 1 hour.

Di baskom uk sedang, aduk ragi, air hangat dan madu. Biarkan sampai raginya mengembang dan berbusa, sekitar 10 menit. Masukkan terigu, 1/4 cup olive oil dan 1 sdt garam. Taruh adonan ke permukaan datar yang sudah dikasih terigu dan uleni sampai adonan lembut, sekitar 5 – 10 menit. Taruh adonan di baskom yang sudah di olesi minyak, tutup dengan lap bersih atao plastik wrap, dan biarkan sampai adonan mengembang 2X, sekitar 1 jam.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Panaskan oven sampai 230 C

Remove dough from bowl and press it into a lightly oiled 9- by 13-inch baking sheet until it touches the edges. Using your finger, poke holes all over the dough. Drizzle the dough with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Let rest until the dough becomes puffy, about 20 minutes.

Pindahkan adonan dari baskom dan tarik tekan-tekan ke loyang 9×13-inch yang sudah diolesi minyak sampai menyentuh pinggiran loyang. Dengan menggunakan jari, tekan-tekan di seluruh adonan. Taburi adonan dengan 2 sdm olive oil. Biarkan sampai adonan menggembung, sekitar 20 menit.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet set over medium heat. Add onion slices, cover and cook until onion is golden brown, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes.

Panaskan 1 sdm olive oil di penggorengan dengan api sedang. Masukkan bawang bombay yang sudah diiris, tutup dan masak sampai bawang bombay berwarna coklat keemasan, aduk seperlunya, sekitar 20 menit.

Top the dough with smoked beef, tomato slices, caramelized onions,  Parmesan cheese, mozzarela and salt. Drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Taruh diatas adonan smoked beef, irisan tomat, karamel bawang bombay, parmesan, mozzarella dan garam. Taburi dengan sisa 2 sdm olive oil.

Bake until the focaccia is golden brown, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool on a rack. Cut into pieces and serve.

Panggang sampai focaccia berwarna coklat keemasan, sekitar 20 menit. Angkat dan dinginkan di rak kawat. Potong-potong dan sajikan..
